IT Manager

As the IT Manager for the SACOM contact at Stennis Space Center and Michoud Assembly Facility, I am responsible for meeting performance standards and delivering IT services to support NASA, including incident response and compliance with NIST 800-53 controls. I oversee recruitment, training, and development of IT professionals to meet the company's staffing needs. In addition to serving as the Information System Security Officer for multiple System Security Plans, I work with senior leadership to identify opportunities to streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies in support of NASA's mission. I provide technical oversight and project support for multi-million-dollar projects to modernize IT and Facility infrastructure, and manage the lifecycles of Business Systems, Plans of Action and Milestones, and Service Level Agreements. Through my leadership and work with customers, I ensure timely support of day-to-day business processing needs, vendor management, and conduct end-user training for use of IT resources and applications. My team and I implement NIST 800-53 controls to protect against cybersecurity threats and ensure a rapid and effective incident response to any security incidents.
